Reminder #1:
The white bins have not been moved away from the wall the past two Saturdays.  Please remember that whenever the library is closed for a day (closed on Sundays during the summer and closed for holidays) we remove those white bins and put down the cushions. If we don't remove them, the bins can fill up and block the openings so no one else can return items from the walk ups returns.  This happened one day we were closed and then the AMH went down so no one could return materials. This is very important!!!
 
Reminder #2:
Green dot/NEW Non-Fiction items from the 001-599 bin and 600-999 bin go on the bottom of the cart.
 
Reminder #3:
In the mornings, Pam, Kim, Cathy, Sue or Debbie will be writing morning tasks on the small whiteboard. Please look at the whiteboard when you come in and see if there is anything that still needs to be done.
 
In the afternoons (except Friday) and on weekends Pam, Kim, Cathy, Sue or Debbie will write a game plan on the small whiteboard. Please follow what is written whenever possible. If you don't know how to do something you are assigned, or something needs changed because of an absence or error, ask one of the above mentioned people or another page. 
 
There will be other times when Cathy, Sue or Debbie will write things on the board that need to be done. They are doing this under Pam and/or Kim's direction, so please always look at the board for directions and follow what needs to be done.
