Time to Toss Your Aged Food


Make sure to place a sticker with your initials and the date on any items you put in the refrigerator. Next week all food unlabeled or marked as 30 days old will be tossed. Remember, this is not the place to age cheese, dry age beef, or store wine,(probably something about not having a liquor license), your food will not improve with age. So, label the new stuff and toss the old.
