Schedule Changes due to Budget

Starting Thursday, May 9, we will be implementing schedule changes due to budget constraints. If we continue at our current rate, we would go over budget by $40,000 by the end of the year. Attached is a new Master schedule that is current until Memorial Day weekend, when the library changes to summer hours. Please review and let us know if you need to alter any of these changes. In the future, any changes to your schedule must be approved ahead of time by Kim or Pam, including making up hours for a missed shift.

We will be having a meeting to discuss these changes. Please come either at 5:00 Tuesday May 7 or Wed morning, May 8, around 9:15 (depending on when our meeting ends). If you can't make it to one of these meetings, please speak with Kim or Pam.
