Locked Cases

We are still having problems with cases that need locked not getting locked. On your next shift please see Pam or me. We will have a brief discussion/training about locked cases. This will probably take less than 2 minutes so no need to schedule just come and talk to us as able. We will be checking you off as you so we don't leave anyone out. As always let us know if you have questions, suggestions or comments.

 

 

Hand Sanitizer

We again have hand sanitizer available in the bookdrop room for your use. There are some Spring colds and stuff going around. If you are sick/contagious please stay home. Sharing is not always caring. We also have some alcohol wipes to wipe down keyboards, mice :)if you can catch them(: and any other materials you feel might be germy. Said wipes are not for wiping books or your coworkers. We have special book wash for books as the alcohol wipes can damage the covers.

Loading Carts

Please use the large carts for Fiction books and Nonfiction materials only. Do not use the larger carts for Children's materials or AV materials. We should have plenty of the smaller carts to make this very doable.

Please do not double stack carts. Only place materials on the top shelf.

The Children's NEW cart should only have one row of books on the top shelf and one row of av materials on the lower shelf. The point of this cart is to get those new materials to the shelve faster.
