Quick Picks Quick Flicks 

There are a few Quick Flicks in the top row of the K section of the LAS and there are Quick Picks where the rental books used to be.  I have attached a document that explains the program.   There are flyers at the desk. 

When quick flicks & picks are returned to the library they will go into the hold bins. 

Circ. staff:   Before you grab reserves from the back reserves bin, grab any quick picks/flicks from the front reserves bin bring them back with you.  There is a cart marked quick flicks/picks next to the door to the bookdrop room, please deposit quick pick/flick materials there.

Pages:  We will handle the quick picks just like the rentals.  Quick flicks will need to be added to the LAS 4 times a day, once before we open, 12:00 pm, 4:00 pm and then before we close.  There aren't going to be that many to start with and they will check out quickly.  Let Pam or me know if you have any questions.

We are planning on get 160 new quick pick quick flicks within the next couple days. We will be using the whole section of K for the DVD's. We are not sure when they will come but a email will be sent out when we get them. 

 

The new quick flicks have a yellow dot in the case.  When checking the cases as these items come back please check that the yellow dot is still in the case if it is not it will need to be replaced.  I will have yellow dots on the quick pick quick flicks cart outside the bookdrop room.
