This week has been designated as Severe Weather Awareness Week in Minnesota. As part of this effort, the City of Rochester will participate in a mandatory statewide tornado drill that will be held this Thursday, April 14, 2011 at 1:45 pm. A second community drill will also be conducted at 6:55 pm that evening. Now is the time to think about where you should go whether you are at your desk or in the field.
There will be a tornado drill later this week. Please review the policies. If the drill is during open hours, desk staff will remain on desk to assist patrons, all other staff and participating patrons will report to the auditorium. Thanks!
