Unlock Those Unlocked Boxes

Make sure to unlock any LAS lock boxes before entering new DVDs. When the unlock code is entered at the shelves the software still will unlock all the assigned LAS lock boxes even after new items are added. When this happens desk staff often pull all the newly added stock because the boxes were unlocked. The LAS computer, however, still thinks there are DVDs in these now empty boxes. So, make sure to unlock all boxes before entering new DVDs.
