Make sure to copy your schedule on the calendar outside Pam's cubical as early as you can. That way she knows whether the AV area will be really empty or really flush on particular days. I think she would tend not to pull her hair out then. Do you really want to see a bald Pam. I would rather not. Though, Pam if you really want to shave your head I'm sure we would support that decision.
