What do you like people to call you? Patrick, Pat, or Jay

What is something that few people know about you? I hiked the Grand Canyon rim to rim in one day.

What do you like to do in your free time? I play with my kids, read, watch DVDs, and go "walk about" at Quarry Hill or Oxbow Park.

Do you have any pets? If you could have any pet what would it be?

I have two dogs, Chelsea and Lilo. I'd like to have a pet bat, but I hear they're hard to train.

If you could be any animal what would it be? Why? I think it would be cool to be a bat. They can fly in daylight or in the dark. They have sonar and can hang upside down without the blood rushing to their head.

Have you read any good books lately?

Many. Recently I've been reading the Sean Dillon novels by Jack Higgins.

Have you seen any good DVDs or movies lately?

Let the Right One In-A modern vampire movie...in Swedish.

Marilyn Hotchkiss' Ballroom Dancing and Charm School - A movie about life, death, love, and dancing.

What type of music do you like to listen to? I like lots of different kinds. George Winston, Evanescence, Vivaldi, Sarah McLachlan, Three Doors Down, Le Miz, Sweeney Todd, and Steven Curtis Chapman are a few of my favorites.

If you were a tree what kind would it be? I like the birch tree, because you could use my bark for paper or to make a canoe.

Is there anything else you would like to share about yourself? I love to take things apart and then try to put them back together.
