Get Paid to Eat

Monday, August 31, come be appreciated and... get paid. Yes, that's right the library administration will actually pay you, (if you remember to clock in and out) for a half hour to eat their food. You're not going to get a better deal than that. If you choose to stay longer and share in the fellowship of your peers then you're on your own time.

So, don't forget next Monday, August 31st, Mayo Memorial Park, (that's behind the Rochester Art Center and the Rochester Civic Center), 11:00am-2:00pm. If you're wondering what we're going to eat reread, (you do read this blog regularly, right) the post from August 19th for the food selections.

If you are a new employee at the library we REALLY would like you to come. It would be a good time to meet peers from the library. We are quite friendly people and we don't bite. Unless you happen to take the last strawberry that I've been eyeing all afternoon. No really, don't touch it. See you there.
