We need to track cart times now for a couple of months.
We will attach a slip to each cart stating the time and date when the items were unloaded from the AMH, (Automated Materials Handling system).
When that cart is completely shelved, record the time and date again on the slip.
Then, put the slip in the cart count basket in your department.
